Natural Way to Control Low Blood Pressure
Low blood pressure is also termed as hypotension where the pressure of the blood becomes lower than the normal pressure. The major causes for lower blood pressure are malnutrition, improper diet, loss of blood due to slow internal bleeding and emotional instability. Once the specific reason for low blood pressure is detected, one should take the necessary action to overcome the cause.Healthy diet always helps to keep us away from various diseases, and low blood pressure is one of them.So, a proper planning is required to be worked out for the person suffering from low blood pressure .

In this method, to the ordinary bath of hot water ,nearly one and half kg of commercial Epsom Salt is mixed wherein the patient is advised to remain relaxed and dipped in the bathtub for 10 to 20 minutes .For better results its advisable to take bath before going to bed. As a precaution after taking bath one should be away from cold air in order to avoid cold.

Keep yourself busy with small activities which provide happiness and thus distress. Light walk, swimming, breathing exercises is also recommended.The only point to be taken care of is that do not over stress and overwork.
