If you have a round face, work on trying to make your assets stand out, and mask the breadth of your face using simple illusion. The key is to make your face look longer, and your make-up, jewellery and hair should all be chosen to help work in this direction.
While chosing your earrings, go for narrow, long ones that help add length to the face, rather than hoops and round earrings. Also choose conservative colours and avoid lous, bright ones for the ears to detract attention. Necklaces should be long and have big pendants which have more length than width.
Go for the hairstyles that cover the sides of the face and avoid too much happening around the crown. Layers that stick to the sides of the face and cheeks are best since they narrow the face down well.
Choose make up carefully. Use darker tones to highlight the cheekbones, and lighter tones on the chin area. Give your nose a sharp effect that will help give it a more angular finish.
Your clothes can also help contribute to making the face look longer. Choose low necks that give away more of your neck and chest. If you select something that’s high, it only attracts more attention to the face. Quite obviously, polo necks are not for you. V necks are most complementing for this face structure.
