Fresh juices are found to be attractive and healthier.  The juice extracted from carrot is yellowish orange in color and is like a glass full of nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Nutrients are essential for developing immunity and protection against diseases. Instead of the synthetic drugs that may harm you, carrot juice provides a large amount of nutrients and water to our body.

1. Carrots are one of the important sources of beta carotene. Our body takes this beta carotene from carrot juice and will convert it in to vitamin A. Vitamin A is a primary alcohol and is pale yellow in color. Vitamin A helps you to maintain your skin, teeth, vision, bones mucus membranes etc.

2. Vitamin A is found to reduce the risk of cancer. The anti-oxidant property of vitamin A helps you to eradicate the free radicals responsible for causing cancer.
