Potent Fruits

We all know that we must eat a large number of fruits and vegetables since they do good to the health. But it is helpful in knowing what each vegetable is packed with, and exactly how it is going to benefit us. Not only does that motivate us to eat better, but also helps us understand what foods to select better, depending on the individual needs each body has.

PAPAYAS

Earlier a fruit that was hard to find, papayas are today easily available. They are a good digestive and should be eaten after a heavy meal. Papaya is rich in Vitamin C and A, and is good for the eyes and skin. Papays can be eaten, and the peels can be used as scrubs and packs on the skin to improve texture and quality.

GUAVA

This is a useful fruit since the fruit, seeds and skin can be eaten. It gives vital nutrients and abundant fibre for the body. It is also rich in Vitamin C, keeps away constipation, increases the wound healing ability in the body and boosts immunity.

ORANGE

This is a great fruit that packs a powerhouse of energy, and has the most refreshing taste. This fruit is loaded with Vitamin C and increases energy levels. It also helps fight colds and prevent ear infections.

SPINACH

This is a potent vegetable, that is full of muscle power. This has abundant nutrients that help prevent anemia. It also has large amounts of antioxidants and anti-cancer agents.

TOMATOES

This has a sweet taste that is accompanied by acidic and bitter undertones. Tomatoes help reduce risks of heart diseases and cancer and is full of Vitamin C.

Tackle your diet smartly. Opt for healthier eating and snacking and you will see a new dimension in yourself. Fruits and vegetables make great foods when cooked and eaten with the right perspective
