Vitamin B6
Adequate intake of vitamin B6 could improve the chance of survival of prostate cancer patients. People with prostate cancer should take about 2.9 mg of vitamin B6 daily. This B vitamin helps in the repair and production of DNA. You can obtain this vitamin from vitamin B complex supplements. Your body could easily absorb vitamin B6 obtained from natural sources such as bananas, beans, potatoes, chicken, meat and fish.
