Tips to Avoid Razor Rashes
Always use a shaving form to make lather on the skin and then only shave that area. If you don’t have shaving form use a good soap and brush to make lather.
While shaving ensures that you are shaving in the direction of hair growth and not in the opposite direction. This is because shaving against the direction of hair growth may cut the hairs too short and these hairs when started to grow may cause irritations to the skin.
The best time to shave the hairs is during or just after taking a bath as it makes the skin soft and aids you in getting rid of the dead tissues and grease from the area. This may reduce the chances for getting rashes. Also apply a moisturizer on the skin after shaving.
