Beta-carotene – It is a substance which can be obtained from carrots and other bright vegetables. The increased consumption of beta-carotene assists in stimulation of T-helper cells which are widely acknowledged as a significant source to prevent development of cancer.

Psychological Approach towards Exercise – It is evident that an individual’s psychological approach towards daily exercises is greatly linked with the body health. Psychological emotions like stress, depression etc leaves a negative impact on the immune system making body health more prone to diseases like cancer, cardiac arrest etc. therefore, it is advised that in array to remain healthy one should opt for a positive approach towards routine exercises and avoid indulgence in any depressing activities. However, it is recommended for people suffering with diseases like asthma to consult a physician prior to opting for any sort of exercises.
