Rediscover the Beautiful You Naturally

Beauty does not mean only a pretty face; it also means beautiful body and hair apart from being healthy from within. One can always ensure a total beautiful self naturally, by just using a few common kitchen ingredients:

Face care by home facials

One need not go to a spa to ensure a beautiful face. Cleanse your face with any kind of cleanser or baby soap. Hydrate it with a ten minute massage with either milk cream or cucumber pieces. Steam your face for 2-3 minutes to open up the pore. Scrub your face with a home made scrubber. You can make your scrub using 1 tsp sugar granules, 1 tsp oat powder or rice powder and milk/rose water. After scrubbing, use a home made face pack to complete your face care. You can make a pack using 1 tbsp floor, 1 tsp honey 1/2 tsp turmeric paste and 10 ml milk/rose water. Apply it to your face and wash it off with cold water after it is completely dry. Pat dry your face and never be rough with your face skin.

Hair care

Hair care always begins with a good hair massage. You can use warm coconut oil, olive oil or even mustard oil. If you have dandruff then you may add a few drops of fresh lemon juice to the oil. Wrap your hair with a hot towel for 15 minutes. Remove towel and use a home made hair pack, it could be a henna pack or egg and yogurt pack. After an hour wash the pack with a mild shampoo. Do the final rinsing with a half a glass of beer for instant shine and bounce to your hair.

Body Care

Begin your body care by removing the tan from your arms and legs by rubbing pieces of tomatoes on your arms and legs generously. Wax your arms and legs regularly to remove the unwanted hair and also to remove the dead cells of the skin. Massage your body with olive oil to make it soft and healthy. Drink green tea with honey or lemon at least twice a day. It is the best antioxidant apart from detoxifying cleansing and hydrating your skin. It also prevent wrinkles as it slows down the process of ageing of the skin. Do work out daily for at least 30 minutes. This is the best way to give a glow to your skin.

Pamper yourself whenever you can and smile a lot. These few things will help you rediscover the beautiful yourself that is perhaps lost amidst your busy schedule.
