Gall bladder is a pear shaped organ located just behind the liver lobes. Liver act as a detoxifying agent in your body and will help you in removing the toxins from the body. Liver then releases all these toxins in to bile which aids in breaking down the toxins in to less harmful products.
This bile contains toxins, cholesterol, lecithin, bile salts etc are then stored in gall bladder. Gall bladder then releases bile in to the intestine when food reaches the intestine. There it helps in the digestion of fats and finely releases all toxic substances through stool.
If the bile stored in gall bladder contains more cholesterol, phospholipids and bile acids then it may leads to the formation of gall bladder stones. This condition is called cholelithiasis. Besides the stones gall bladder at times gets inflammation and it is called cholecystitis. Inflammation also causes sudden pain, gas, indigestion, nausea, constipation etc. Here are some remedies that may help you to get over these problems.

Cucumber, Carrot and Beetroot
Get fresh juices from these vegetables and mix 100 ml each of these juices. This mixture of juices will act a good cleanser for the gall bladder. You have to take this juice mixture at least two times a day.
Chicory
Chicory plays an important role in treating the gall bladder and the seeds, flowers and roots of chicory are found to be beneficial for the treatment. Make a decoction of flowers, roots and seeds and of about 60 ml. Take this decoction thrice a day and this will promote the bile secretion.
Lemon Juice
Have four tablespoon lemon juice early in the morning in empty stomach. Continue this for about a week and it may help you to get rid of the gall bladder problems.
Olive Oil
Take about 30 ml of natural, raw and unrefined olive oil daily in the morning in empty stomach. Take 120 ml of lemon juice or grapefruit juice immediately after the olive oil. Continue this for a few weeks and you will get good results.
If you have gall bladder problems them avoid over eating and also avoid taking fried, processed, junk, spicy and sugared foods. Try to get rid of the habits of taking alcohol, tobacco and caffeine. This may help you to get over the gall bladder problems easily.
