Remedies for Oral Candidiasis
Oral candidiasis is caused by a fungus called candida albicans. These fungi usually found in the mouth of most people but when they get favorable conditions like lack of immunity, antibiotic or steroid like medication they may grow out of control and cause infection.
These fungi may cause white or cottony white or whitish yellow patches on the mouth, gums and tongue. In severe cause the lesions may spread to throat and even to stomach and cause several health problems. If you scratch theses patches then there may be bleeding or red coloration under these patches. Sometimes there may be swelling under the dentures and there may be difficulty in swallowing or drinking food and water.

Take two teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a cup and add one cup cool water to this. Stir the mixture well and use it for gargling daily for two times. There after take some undiluted apple cider vinegar in a cotton swab and apply it directly on the lesions and never rinse it off. Allow it to be there for the entire night.
