When doing exercise for reducing weight, reduce the quantity of the meal while increasing its frequency. . This may increase your metabolism and help you to burn fat instead of the muscles. Also ensure that the meals that are being consumed consist of fresh fruits, lean meat, vegetables etc and avoid alcohol, soda and junk food which may act as a barrier in reducing weight.

Try to include those foods that can boost the collagen which in turn is responsible for giving elasticity to the skin. It includes vitamin C rich foods, green leafy vegetables, soy products, sea food etc. Take foods that are rich in lycopene as lycopene can also aid in increasing the production of collagen. Black berries, beets, tomatoes etc are rich in lycopene.
