Simple Home Remedies

There are many simple remedies that can help care for lingering problems. Some conditions can be brought under control with one dose of medication, while others require prolonged attention till the problem is brought under control completely. Here are home remedies that need are administered for a period of time to combat problems. They are safe, and free from side effects.

ACNE

Take one teaspoon of turmeric powder and to it mix a little honey, a few spoons of curd, a teaspoon of lemon juice and gram flour. Apply to the face every morning before you take a bath and within a few days acne will subside.

AMENORRHOEA

Take two spoons of black sesame and one teaspoon of jaggery. Take twice or thrice a day for about two months.

ANEMIA

The juice of corriander is best. Take this with a teaspoon of honey a few times every day.

BOILS

Make a paste of one teaspoon of black pepper powder and mix with a teaspoon of clarified butter. Use this as a local application twice a day for a few days.

COUGH

Take one or two pepper longum and mix with a little honey. Taken three times daily, cough subsides quickly. This can also help cure asthma.

CONSTIPATION

Take one or two spoons of lemon juice. To this add a glass of warm water and a pinch of black salt. Take this on an empty stomach every morning at least half an hour before you go to the toilet.

BODY HEAT

Take some fenugreek seeds and add to buttermilk. This should be had every morning on an empty stomach.

BODYACHE

A teaspoon of fenugreek makes the best remedy for all body aches. Take this with a glass of water about two or three times a day for a few days and all traces of body ache will be gone.

The care for the body is simpler than you thought. Just a few household remedies are sufficient in keeping it healthy.
