Simple Ways To Great Hair
Healthy, happy hair is very simple to own. All it takes is a little common sense and simple pointers. Find below do’s and dont’s for your hair.
DO’S
Brush the hair at least eight or nine times a day. This helps improve circulation and also distribute oil through the hair evenly. Make sure you brush the hair starting at the roots and moving outside.
There is nothing wrong in shampooing the hair. It is just another form of a cleanser. It plays no role in hair loss, or in the secretion of oil in the hair.
Eat a balanced diet, including generous portions of proteins. Iron and zinc are also important minerals for the hair.
DONT’S
Use brushes and combs that have sharp teeth. Also, avoid pulling at knots and being harsh with the hair as it can damage its texture and cause it to break faster. It can also cause split ends and dandruff in the hair when the scalp is brushed too harshly.
Avoid washing the hair over thrice a week unless your lifestyle demands an icreased exposure to dust, sweat and pollution. In these cases, make sure the shampoo you use is suited for daily use.
Tonsuring your head is no cure to ensure that your hair grows back healthier and thicker. If you care for your hair well, you will not have hair problems in the first place.
Oiling the hair is not the key to great hair. While it may help by conditioning the hair and keeping it moistened, it is not the solution to hair fall, or the reversal of hair damage.
It is also not a method that will help promote hair growth. Natural oils secreted by the scalp are good enough in keeping the hair cared for and protected.
