Skin And Hair Care Recipes Using Mayonnaise

Mayonnaise is made out of egg yolk, vinegar and oil and it is an ideal remedy for the dry skin. Mayonnaise will help you to remove the dead and dry skin and will also aid in moisturizing the skin from the bottom layer.

It will also help you to make your hair soft. Mayonnaise is an easily available ingredient and hence it can be used readily for beautifying your skin.

Mayonnaise Skin Care Mask

Take two tablespoon mayonnaise in a small bowl and to this add two tablespoon honey and one tablespoon lemon juice and mix them well. Wash your face with tepid water and pat dry. Then spread this paste on the face and neck and keep it for about 10 minutes.

Now rinse the face with cool water. Mayonnaise will exfoliate and moisturize your dry skin while honey which is having antibacterial and antifungal properties will clean the skin and pores. Lemon will help you to remove the acne.

Mayonnaise and Egg

Take one cup of mayonnaise in a large bowl and to this add four beaten eggs and mix them well. Keep this mixture with in the refrigerator for about one hour. Spread a thin layer of this mixture on your face and neck. You can also use this mixture to massage  your scalp and hair. Leave it there for 5 minutes and then rinse with cool water. This will make your skin smooth and hair silky.

Mayonnaise Almond Scrub

Grind quarter cup of almond in a blender till it makes a meal. Then add 1/8 teaspoon mayonnaise to this almond meal and combine them well. Now rinse your skin with vinegar and then gently rub this mayonnaise almond mixture on your skin. Then keep the mixture on your face for 10 minutes and wash off with water. Once again wash your face with vinegar.

Mayonnaise Conditioner

Mix half cup of mayonnaise with few drops of shampoo and luke warm water. Apply this mixture on your scalp and hair after shampooing your hair normally. Keep this mixture on the head for about 10 minutes and then remove it with a little shampoo. This will give you a soft hair.

You can also use milk and mayonnaise mixture for rinsing your hair or you can simply apply mayonnaise on your hair and leave it for 20 minutes. There after wash your hair with shampoo.
