Skin Care With Orange

The mild bleaching property of orange juice could help to reduce skin pigmentation. To reduce sunburn and blemishes, you can make a face mask with orange peel. First, dry the orange peels and grind them. Soak two tablespoons of yellow lentils overnight. In a blender, make a paste with yellow lentil, dried orange peels and a little milk. Add a teaspoon of honey in the orange peel and yellow lentil paste and apply it on your face. Leave the paste on your face, until it becomes dry. Moisten your palms and in upward circular motion, massage your face for about three to five minutes. Rinse your face with lukewarm water. To reduce skin pigmentation, you should apply this face mask everyday.
Wrinkle treatment
Orange contains anti aging ingredients. It is a rich source of the vitamin E, the most popular antioxidant and anti aging nutrient. To delay premature aging of the skin, you could massage your skin with orange essential oil. Make a paste by blending two tablespoons of orange juice, one teaspoon of honey and four tablespoons of oatmeal. Apply this paste on your face four to five times every week. The orange face mask will help to rejuvenate your skin. Orange juice and orange oil stimulates collagen production, making the skin soft and smooth.
Acne cure
The mild astringent property of orange is beneficial for acne prone skin. Make a paste with orange peel and one tablespoon of orange juice. Apply the paste on the acne. Rinse your face after fifteen minutes. This will reduce acne and will prevent scarring. Orange oil is also beneficial for acne and pimple prone skin. It helps to preserve the correct oil balance of the skin.
