Some Natural Remedies For Piles


An inflammation that is seen in the rectal veins is called piles. The inflammation may be the result of strain while passing stool or can be due to spending more time in the toilet. Sitting for long hours on a soft or hard surface and frequent use of laxatives may also cause inflammation.

Again consumption of spicy food is found to be a good cause for inflammation. The person having piles will have difficulty in passing stool and there will be pain also. Application of excessive pressure may lead to bleeding.

Remedies for Treating piles

Food and Water: Take at least 8 glasses of water daily as this will help you to avoid constipation. Also include fibrous foods such as cereals, fruits and vegetables in your diet as fiber element in the food will prevent constipation.

Radish : Radish juice is found to cure piles and you have to take ΒΌ cup of radish juice daily in the morning and at night. The quantity of the juice may slowly be increased to half cup.

Turnip Leaves : Juice taken from turnip leaves will also help you to cure piles. Turnip leaf juice at a rate of 150 ml per day is found to be beneficial. You can also include more fruit and vegetable juices along with this.

Dry Figs: Take 3 or 4 fig, clean them and immerse them in hot water for over night. You have to consume this fig along with the soaked water early in the morning in empty stomach. Similarly you have to take 3 or 4 figs in the evening also. Continue this for about one month and the figs seeds will definitely improve your bowel movement and prevent constipation. Thus the pressure in the anus region will get reduced and so the piles.

Banana: Boil one ripe banana in one cup of milk and mash the banana well in the milk. Consume this 3-4 times in a day.

Mango Seeds: Mango seeds are effective even for the bleeding piles. You should collect mango seeds in the season and dry them in shade. Grind the dry seeds and store them for future use. Take 2 grams of this powder twice a day. You can use honey along with this powder.
