Cinaamon makes an effective pain reliever. usage of cinnamon helps in adding fibre and calcium to the diet. Cinnamon is also known to contribute to better blood circulation and improved memory.
Pepper is a must in all soups and salads. This is one of the most popularly used spice over the world. Pepper is known to help kill infection causing bacteria and worms. It can help treat coughs and throat infections. It is also good for the heart, and in checking diabetes. Pepper can help cure piles.
Kept is a jar in the kitchen, bay leaves can help ward away insects. Its best uses are in topical applications to cure allergies and insect bites. The oil is known to be a good cure for dandruff. Regular use of bay leaves in the diet help keep clear of urinary infections.
Ginger is an excellent cure for the throat, and also for coughs and colds. It makes an excellent refresher and helps quell nausea. It is an exceptional remedy for those suffering from motion sickness and morning sickness as well. Ginger is very good for the stomach and is useful in curing problems of digestion. Regular intake of ginger help build the resistance power of the body.
