In the modern world, stress is a major problem facing by all. According to the researchers major part of the stress can be reduced by foods.Thre are some foods, which can help the body to control the stress.According to the researchers report the vitamins like B complex, C and E with minerals like selenium, manganese, and zinc are helpful in reducing the stress. Some of the food items are:
Fresh vegetables and fruits
Fresh vegetables, fruits contain all the type of vitamins and minerals. Tomatoes, carrots like green, yellow, orange vegetables contains high amount of vitamins for stress and minerals. The fiber content in the vegetables can reduce the long term effects of stress.
Soups and Yoghurts
Yoghurts can provide minerals like calcium essential (proper nerve impulses ) and lacto bacillus (for maintaining gut flora). Fish
Sprouted grams
Sprouted grams contain all nutrients in a balanced way and theses all are in a form of easily digestible and absorbable way.
Skimmed milk
Milk contains tryptophan for the synthesis of 5HTP or serotonin, which is known as a mood stabilizer.

A heavier meal must be eat as a breakfast in the morning

Zinc and copper:
Zinc and copper can helps to speeding up the the metabolic process of proteins. Chicken, liver, , banana, rice, soya ,beans, kidney, and oysters pears, are some of the foods contain copper and zinc.
