What you eat is also important in keeping weight loss sustianed. The body has a tendency to put weight right back on even with working out. See that you make intelligent food choices to see that unwanted foods are kept away, while provididn the body all necessary nutrients at the same time. Dieting is not about starving the body, which could react adversely, or even collapse without sufficient food.

ATTITUDE

The mind and the body cannot exist without one another. Condition the mind to accept some foods that are good for the body, but the tongue has difficult accepting.
