The Best Skin Routine Ever
If there is one product that can help cure all skin and hair problems it is the egg. It is if the best aid to beauty.
The yolk of the egg helps nourish the skin, while the white helps in tightening and drying the skin. The protein in the egg creates a filter, which acts as a moisture retaining agent allowing the skin to build water content in the skin. The process of moisturising helps tighten and soften the skin greatly, but only temporarily, as the skin is unable to utilise the protein in the egg.
Eggs do not, unfortunately agree with everyone. There are some who are allergic to eggs, and whose skin can break out into rashes on application. For those, oil extracted from the yolk is recommended. Egg yolk extract is a protein, with an emulsifying capacity, rich in vitamin A.
Eggs can be used effectively as a face pack. Use the white of the egg mixed with lemon and apply on the face for about fifteen minutes. This will help firm the skin and lighten it as well.
Eggs can make a great face wash. Mix the yolk of the egg with some corsely ground almond. While the almond will help exfoliate the skin, the egg will help nourish and protect the skin, making it softer and creamier.
Eggs are very good for the hair. Using eggs regularly as a natural conditioner helps greatly. Apply egg in the hair and wash after about ten minutes. The hair has lots more bounce, volume and shine. Unlike artificial conditioners, the hair will not break or lose its original texture easily.
Eggs are complete as far as their use on the skin is concerned. Used either alone, or in combination of other natural products, eggs can help make your skin look like it never has before.
