Apples make the most refreshing snack. Full of simple sugars, juice and also plenty of fibre, this is a wonderful snack that is gifting your body many great boons.

Apples are rich in iron compounds and probably one of the best foods for children. They give instant energy, have lots of fibre that helps keep the stomach light and is also very easy to digest. Apples also keep the mouth and teeth very clean and sparkling.

While consuming apples, try and have them with the peel. The peels are perhaps the most useful part of the apple, which bestow many benefits to the health.

Compounds in the apple are known to help fight cancer of the liver, colon and also the breast. The fibre in the peel also has qualities tah thelp protect the cells.

Lung functioning is known to improve with regular intake of apples. The overall capacity of the lungs to process and supply oxygen is known to improve, and the susceptibility to asthma is reduced greatly.
Having an apple before meals is a filling way to eat less and aids weight loss.

Pectin in the apple helpsin protecting the colon by increasing compunds that care for it. The same compunds are also effective in protecting the colon against cancer.

The thick peel of the apple along with certain juices in it help keep the teeth very clean. Plaque is removed instantly and bad breath is removed. They form a complete care routine for the mouth.

Apples are the best form of fighting diseases. Eat apples regularly and you will find that not only do you feel energised and healthy, but you will keep all illnesses at bay. It makes a great fruit for all parts of the body, including the skin. A protection for every part of the body, it surely will help keep the doctor away.
