Water has a major role in maintaining the skin health. This is because water helps to improve the blood circulation through out the body and hence all the bodily tissues will get oxygen and other essential nutrients. Thus all the cells remain healthy and make the skin too healthy.

If you drink warm water then it helps you to detoxify the body and removes all the unwanted toxic substances from the body. Warm water helps you to keep the skin pores smaller and also avoids the blackheads. Warm water thus revitalizes your skin and also keeps the skin hydrated.

How to Drink Water to Keep the Skin Healthy

Pure water is considered to be the best means for keeping skin healthy. You need to drink at least 8 or 10 glasses of water per day. This may help you to keep your skin devoid of wrinkles and lines. But instead of drinking 8 glasses of water when ever you want make a schedule that helps you to remove the toxins from the skin easily and at the same time keeps you hydrated.

Drink one glass of water as soon as you get up from the bed and this helps you to re-hydrate your skin after sleeping. Similarly you need to take one glass of pure water just before going to bed which in turn helps you to get hydrated while sleeping.

Drink one glass of water just before taking each of your meals like breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner and evening snack. This may also help you to make your stomach full with little food and thus can leads to weight loss. Drinking water before along with meals may also help you to get rid of the oil and grease substances from your skin with out making clogs on the skin pores.

You can also drink more water whenever you feel thirsty. Remember to carry a bottle of water with you while traveling and this helps you t avoid the soft drinks. Keep a bottle of water with you while working and sip water in between. All these may give you a glowing and healthy skin.
