Tips To Avoid Dry Hair

The problem of dry hair has become very common these days. The increased trend to apt for chemical based hair colors has contributed majorly towards the loss of nutrients and moisture from hairs. Excessive use of shampoo and over use of hair styling tools are also considered as major causes for dry hair. By following these tips one can avoid to encounter with the evils of dry hairs and even get back lost hair shine and health.

Magic Vinegar – Post applying shampoo, it is recommended to rinse your hair with diluted one part of apple cider vinegar with 7 parts water. It will provide instant hair shine in addition with restoration of a tired perm.

Mayonnaise – As advised by the hair care specialists, the natural properties present in mayonnaise have been proved to be an excellent hair conditioner. The mayonnaise should be rubbed smoothly into hairs leaving it on for approximately five minutes and then shampoo your hair to wash it out.

Avoid Hair Styling Tools – It is advised to avoid regular use of electrical hair styling tools to avoid direct exposure towards high temperature. To prevent damage daily use of blow dryer should also be discouraged.

Finger Dryer – To dry hair, smoothly fluff your hairs while styling with the help of fingers. By applying this method, hairs and scalp will get a gentle massage together with quick dry without need for a blow dryer.

Baby oil – To avoid the loss of nutrients and moisture from hair, it is recommended to apply a petite amount of baby oil prior to swimming. The coating of oil will avert hair roots to absorb harsh chlorine from swimming pool water.

Hair protection – It is mandatory to protect hair from direct exposure to sunlight, dirt, pollutants and other harmful substances. It is advised to wear a hat while outing to protect precious hair.

Avoid chemicals – It is mandatory to avoid usage of ammonia and other chemical based hair colors. If necessary only colors with labels of natural ingredients ought to be used.
