Soaring levels of food cravings in a person leads to severe diseases and disorders like obesity and cardiovascular diseases.

The therapy of cognitive restructuring is referred to a process of elevating an individual’s psychological awareness level to develop an optimistic attitude towards food.

Over intake of food items during a day augments calories levels which further leads to increased obesity and health relating problems. Improvement in eating habits and self control is necessary to manage food craving.
