Human brain controls the intelligence and memory of a person and in order to improve the memory you have to nurture your brain. For this you have to take a well balanced diet. There are also natural remedies that may boost the memory power.

Anti oxidant Rich Food
Anti oxidants present in the fruits and vegetables can help you to avoid many of the health problems. It also plays an important role in maintaining the memory functions. The foods like berries, nuts, carrots, tomato, green tea etc consist of a lot of anti oxidants in them. So include such foods in your daily diet and this will fortify your memory.
Ginseng
Ginseng which is a herb will help you to revitalize and energize your body and the brain. It will help you to regenerate the damaged cells with in the brain and thus help you to improve the memory power.
Artichoke
Artichoke is something that can be consumed in order to improve the intelligence and memory. Take artichoke at least two times a week and this will speed up processing capacity of your brain and thus improves your memory.
Rosemary
Add a few drops of essential oil of rosemary in a bowl containing hot water. Inhale this vapor for about five minutes and this will increase your memory. Or you can add rosemary directly in to a glass of boiled water and drink this three times a day. You can also add egg yolk to this boiled water.
Gingko biloba
Drink the extract taken from gingko biloba and this will improve the blood circulation through out the body. Thus it supplies good amount of blood to the brain and hence with sufficient quantity of oxygen. This will improve the memory.
Soy
Any product made out of soy or soy milk will help you to improve your brain health and thus it creates a positive effect on the memory power.
Olive oil
Olive oil is also found to have good influence on the brain and on the memory. So use olive oil for cooking and also in salad dressing.
