June 16, 2009

Anti-wrinkle products are gaining popularity because of the increased efforts of people to look young. Markets are flooded with anti wrinkle and anti ageing products to tap this growing trend of looking young and fit. Anti wrinkle industry shows huge profit every year.

The efficiency of these products available in market can be determined only after usage although every product claims to reduce the wrinkles. These products are expensive and other alternatives to reduce wrinkles like face lifting and botox are pricey and sometimes harmful also.

It seems better to avoid wrinkles naturally starting at young age rather than opting for these expensive methods to avoid wrinkles at later stage. Follow the below tips to evade the wrinkles naturally.

Beware of Sun – Harsh sun rays have negative impact on skin and they induce premature wrinkles. Avoid going out in sun especially when the sun is at peak. Opt for scarves, hats and full sleeves clothes while going out in sun. Always remember to apply sunscreen with SPF above 15 while going out.

Working out – Exercise keeps the blood circulation apt and the body muscles tight. Enhanced blood circulation provides firmness to the skin and wrinkles develop slowly. Incorporate some sort of exercise in daily schedule to keep wrinkles away.

Healthy Diet – Make sure you consume balanced diet including fresh fruits and green vegetables. Balanced diet provides the body with all the nutrients required to look young and healthy.

Water Water Everywhere – Drink at least one liter of water daily as it keeps body supple and flushes the toxins out of body. Take fresh juices also. Moreover, try to take caffeine as little as possible.

Regular Skin Care – Get the facial skin cleaned, toned, moisturized daily. Go for facial once a month as it provides the nourishment to the skin along with skin cleansing.
