Tomato, which is actually a fruit and not a vegetable, is indispensable from our food chart.
It abounds in nutrients and minerals. It also has medicinal benefits. It is an extremely multitalented health product. And thus must be made an essential part of our daily diet and has many nutritional values.
It contains Lycopene, which is an effective anti-oxidant and fights against all kinds of cancerous growth.
Free radicals in the body can be flushed out of the body with high levels of lycopene. Lycopene is not a naturally produced element in our body, thus it needs to be in taken, in the form of tomatoes. no other vegetable or fruit contains the amount of Lycopene, tomato has.
