Treat Gingivitis Naturally
Use Fumitory – Use fumitory plant to treat Gingivitis. Prepare the decoction of the plant with dried shredded plant in a cup of water. Keep boiling for sometime and then cover the solution for twenty minutes. Filter the solution and use it to gargle. Gargle with warm water 5 to 6 times a day.
Use Oak – Prepare the tincture of oak by putting ten grams of oak in 100 ml alcohol. Keep the solution undisturbed for ten days and then filter and store the concentrate in a dark colored bottle. Store the bottle at a dark place. Rub the diluted tincture on the gums and also rinse the mouth with same.
Use Yellow Sweet Clover – Mix four teaspoon of the powder of the plant with one cup boiling water. Cover the mixture with a plate and leave for 15-20 minutes. Filter the mixture and use it to gargle. This can be used several times in a day to gargle. This solution can also be applied to the wounds in the gum.
Use Tutsan – In a cup of boiling water, add two teaspoons of dried Tutsan and then cover for twenty minutes and leave. Filter and use the solution to gargle the mouth many a times in a day.
Use Beard Moss – Put dried and shredded plant in a cup of boiling water and leave it covered for thirty minutes. Filter and then use it for gargle. Make sure to gargle before going to bed.
Use Chamomile – Put dried flowers of the plant in a cup of boiling water and then leave undisturbed. Filter and the same solution can be used for gingivitis and stomatitis. To treat stomatitis, mix boric acid powder half teaspoon in the solution and then gargle.
Use Silverweed – Prepare an infusion of silverweed to treat gingivitis by adding two tablespoons of powdered plant, dried and shredded in two cups of boiling water. Cover the solution for twenty minutes, then filter it and use to rinse mouth. Decoction of silverweed can also be used by adding powdered root in water and boil. Use the same to gargle regularly to cure gingivitis.
Use Oranges – Juice of orange fruit, when applied to the affected area also cures the gingivitis.
