Treat Mild Cognitive Impairment Naturally

Mild cognitive impairment is a disease which impacts the brain of an individual. It occurs due to loss of brain cells or the neurons which are responsible for remembering, recollecting the memories associated with the life of a person.

The degeneration of neurons occurs because of an injury or deterioration of brain cells.  Apart from this, an infection which affects the brain cells or the intake of drugs and alcohol in large quantities damage brain cells resulting in memory loss. Any stroke which harms brain cells which are linked to store information in brain causes mild cognitive impairment.

Insufficient blood supply to the associated part of mind due to an ailment is also a major reason for memory loss. Anxiety obsession, poor observation, weak attention, improper concentration and weak brain since childhood also cause memory loss.

Rosemary – Rosemary is being used olden times to treat mild cognitive impairment. Romans used to inhale a preparation of rosemary flowers boiled in water to cure mild cognitive impairment. Rosemary herb cures mental exhaustion. Tea prepared by using this herb is known to build up strong mental ability and a mind refresher.

Bacopa Monniera – Bacopa Monniera is one of the most widely used herbs to treat amnesia. Intake of a drink prepared with one and a half teaspoon powder of dried herb with seven almonds and a pinch of pepper mixed with one tbsp sugar for fifteen days in early morning on empty stomach is a useful remedy to get rid from loss of remembrance.

Sage – Tea prepared from dried sage leaves relieves exhausted mind and boost capability of concentration. It enhances weak memory.

Almonds – Almonds improve brain ability to memorize things and incidents which take place in an individual’s life. To eat some peeled Almonds soaked overnight in water with milk, butter or alone recover weakness of mind by strengthening the brain nerve system.

Walnuts – Regular intake of walnuts with raisins in a proportion of 2:1 is a delicious and healthy combination of dry fruits that helps to recover remembrance disability.

Fruits – Fruits enriched in phosphorus and vitamins such as apples and grapes helps to rejuvenate brain cells improving mind’s capability.

Cumin Seeds – Taking three grams of cumin seeds mixed with honey in the morning is a helpful remedy to cure mild cognitive impairment.
