Bile reflux is the backward flow of bile with in the small intestine to the stomach and the esophagus. Bile is a greenish yellow digestive juice produced with in the liver.
It is then stored in gallbladder and slowly released in to the small intestine for digesting the fat. The back flow of bile cause nausea, vomiting, heartburn, cough, bile vomiting, hoarseness in the sound etc.

Follow a diet where you take food in small quantities but at regular intervals. This will help you to eliminate the excessive bile present with in the system. Try to avoid foods that may relax the sphincter muscles with in the stomach and some of them includes chocolate, caffeinated products, carbonated sodas, spicy food, tomatoes etc.
Take a diet low in fat and this reduces the use of bile. Also try to avoid alcoholic products from your diet. It will be better to stop eating three hours before going to bed. If you are obese then try to reduce your weight as this will reduce the pressure on your stomach.
Melissa officinalis is a bushy perennial having small white or yellowish flowers and fragrant lemon-flavored leaves. This herb has powers to improve the digestion process.
