Female infertility is the incapability of a woman to conceive and deliver a baby. The defects in the uterus, hormonal imbalance, polycystic ovary, inflammation in fallopian tube, sexually transmitted diseases, fibroid in the uterus, scars of surgery with in the uterus etc leads to infertility in women. The symptoms that can be seen in such women includes irregular menstrual cycle with excessive or no bleeding.

Some women may have frequent menstrual cycles while others have long gap between their menstrual cycles. Some of them show emotional stress, fear, anxiety, depression etc and this can be due to the hormonal imbalance. There are many sugary and medicinal treatments for correcting this. Before going for such treatments you can try certain remedies for infertility at your home and some of them are listed below.

Home Remedies for Infertility

Banyan Roots

Banyan tree’s tender roots are found to have good effect on curing the infertility problems in women unless if it is congenital problem. Collect the tender roots and dry them in sun. Once they get dried then grind them to make fine powder. Mix 25 grams of this powder in a cup of milk and drink this mixture at night in empty stomach. You have to take this mixture for three days after the menstrual cycle. Continue this for about six months to a year and you may get good result.

Egg Plant

Egg plant is a good remedy for infertility problems in female. Cook the egg plant and mix it with butter milk. Take this mixture for about two months and you may get benefited.

Winter Cherry

Dry winter cherry in sun and grind it to make powder. Add six grams of this powder to a cup of milk and drink this liquid just after your menstrual cycle stops. Continue this process for about a week and then stop. Again start the same procedure after your next menstrual cycle.

Jamun Leaves

You can eat jamun leaves along with natural honey. Or make an infusion of jamun leaves in boiling water and take it with honey or butter milk. This is found to be a very effective remedy for female infertility.

Similarly cheese and curd are also good for improving the fertility.
