Treatment for Leucorrhoea

Leucorrhoea is the white discharge that occurs from the vaginal tract. It may cause pain and discomfort in women. Usually it causes irritation and intense itching in the genital coupled with pain in the abdomen, lumbar region and calf muscles.
Weakness in the body, frequent headaches, constipation and digestive problems are also seen. It is caused by the hormonal imbalance, improper feeding habit, lifestyle, unhygienic activities and infection. If this situation is left unattended then it may cause chronic problems.
Diet
You must be careful with your diet and should avoid spicy and fried foods. Also take care not to leave your stomach empty and also avoid indigestible and heavy foods. It will be better to avoid sour food items like curd, pickle etc.
Lady’s finger
Slice lady’s finger and add seven tablespoon of lady’s finger in 16 ounce of water. Boil this mixture for about 20 minutes. Then filter the water from the mixture and add raw honey for making it sweet. Drink 2.5 ounce of this liquid in every three hours to get rid of your discharge.
Fenugreek Seeds
Soak three teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in one liter of water and boil this mixture for about half an hour in very low flame. Then strain the liquid and drink it.
Mango
Make a paste from the mango pulp and apply this paste in your vagina. This will give you relief from leucorrhoea.
Betel nuts
It will be ideal to chew betel nuts after having meals for treating leucorrhoea. Otherwise crush the betel nuts along with sugar and rose petals. Consume this mixture daily and your leucorrhoea will vanish.
Amaranth
You can use amaranth roots for treating white discharge. Cut the roots of amaranth in to small pieces and soak one tablespoon of this root in one ounce water overnight, strain the liquid in the next morning and drink the water daily till your symptoms subsides.
Guava Leaves
Collect the tender leaves from the guava tree and soak it in water overnight. This liquid can be used for spraying to the vagina.
