Treatments for Dry Feet

Epsom Salt Soak

Soak your feet in luke warm water that contains a little Epsom salt for about 20 minutes. Epsom salt will soften your rough skin.

Baking Soda Soak

Add half cup of baking soda in four liters of warm water and stir them well to dissolve the baking soda. Then soak your dry feet in the solution for about half an hour before going to bed. Then rinse the feet well with pure water and pat dry the feet. This will help you to keep the feet smooth and clean.

Vinegar Soak

In order to get rid of the dry feet you have to soak your dry feet in a solution containing four liters of warm water, one drop of dishwashing liquid and one cup of white vinegar. Soak your feet for half an hour and repeat this once in a week.

Exfoliate the Dead Tissues

Rub your feet during night with a pumice stone and this will help you to remove the dead tissues. Never rub your feet too hard. A slight back and forth movement will be enough for the feet.

Moisturizing

After soaking and exfoliating your feet, rinse the feet well in water and pat dry the feet and apply moisturizer. You can use olive oil, mustard oil or any other cooking oil for this purpose. Then wear a pair of cotton socks and this will protect your feet from moisture loss through out the night.

Mask for Feet

Make a paste of ripe banana and fresh milk cream and apply this on your feet. This will supply moisture and nutrients to your feet and thus makes your feet soft.
