Tummy Exercises
If you gain weight first part that will bulge out will be your tummy and the same tummy will go off last even if you practice a weight loss plan. Tummy exercise helps you to look great while wearing pant, skirt etc. More than that it help you to remain healthy, energetic and enthusiastic. Tummy exercises may also help you to have normal bowel movements and helps you to maintain your health.
Exercise 1
Lie down on a flat surface and use a chair or stool to keep your feet. Now cross the arms above the chest and try to have a deep breath. Tighten the muscles of your stomach in the direction of your back. Then slowly raise your upper body towards the knees and at the same time breathe out slowly. It doesn’t matter if you could not reach the knees at the first time. Then come back to the prior position by breathing in and relax. Repeat this for about ten times.
Exercise 2
Manage to get a support like the back of a chair or a bar at the height of your waist. Keep your feet together and hold your support. Now tighten your buttocks and stomach by breathing out and slowly lift your body and remain on your toe tips. Remain in this position by taking a deep breath for about five seconds. Then slowly lower your body by breathing out till you reach a squat position and keep that position by breathing in deeply for about five seconds. Now raise yourself to the normal standing position by breathing out.
Exercise 3
Lie down on the floor and keep a pillow beneath your lower back. Now keep the ankles together and slowly raise your legs up. Then try to compress your buttocks and make your stomach muscles tight. Spread your legs slowly outwards by breathing in and hold that position for a few seconds. Then take your legs towards the center and keep then together in air and while doing so you need to breathe out. Repeat this exercise at least five times and then slowly lower your legs towards the floor and relax.
Before starting your tummy exercise it will be better to warm up yourself as it helps to increase the blood flow and at the same time makes your muscles warm.
