Vitamins for Healthy and Glowing Skin

Healthy diet is the secret for healthy body. Similarly,skin being part of our body is also ruled by healthy food. Hence,skin is the reflection of the quality of our food. Vitamin C is considered to be one of the most important vitamins for a healthy and glowing skin. Vitamin C is an antioxidant and hence heals wounds and reduces fine lines thus leading to a firmer, smooth and younger looking skin. It also helps in reducing the damaging effects of Sun and also prevents from skin cancer. Best sources for vitamin C are citrus fruits like oranges, lime, pepper, cauliflower, leafy vegetables etc.
