Fundamentally, you need to eat the contrary of a person who is trying to lose weight. While calorie counters pursue for the lowest calorie foods, you’ll be browsing through the high calorie food items. It is best to gobble lots of a high carbohydrate, low-fat food items. Eat as much as possible, nourishing food.

You can eat more than the recommended amount of protein (15-20% of daily calories) also. Undertake lots of heavy exercises. This will switch your extra calories into muscle growth, and make you feel much stronger in day to day activities. Visiting a gym is advisable.

But before that, try increasing your food amount, as if your intake is more than you’re the amount your body is burning down, you will gain weight. Regularity and persistence is important for you; intake a healthy diet of protein, fats, and carbohydrates. Have plenty of sleep such that your muscles can raise and rest between each calisthenics. If you are naturally thin be optimistic to yourself, do not overburden your self.

Always follow a diet chart and make a correct routine, which will help you to stay away from eating too much. You will also get an ides of your weight gain pace.
