Dry hair needs an extra dose of conditioning so it is best to deep condition your hair once a week. Leave in conditioners are very essential for people with dry hair as it brings more luster and shine to your hair. Make sure that you do not wipe your hair very vigorously using a towel. That can result in dry and frizzy hair. Just squeeze the water from your hair and gently wrap a towel around your head.

Pamper yourself once a while by getting a hair spa done. If you do not wanna spend on such expensive spas then you can also try certain simple remedies at home. A mixture of olive oil and egg yolk can be applied evenly throughout the hair to get instant shine. You can also try applying a pack made of bananas and olive oil to your hair. Rinsing hair with a mixture of apple cider vinegar and water works well to add an extra shine to your hair. Refrain from all sorts of heat treatments like blow drying, straightening, curling etc. as these pull out the moisture from hair.
