Acne usually occurs due to infection in oil glands and hair follicles. It usually happens on the face, back, chest and shoulders. Due to acne, the skin becomes excessively oily, whiteheads appear which sometimes get inflamed and along with clusters of bumps under the skin, the skin pores become visible and blackheads are also seen. There are some home remedies that will help you cure acne, without any thought of any artificial chemicals being used. All natural remedies using components from nature are used and they all have been tried and tested.
The first remedy involves lemon, that wonder citrus fruit that finds its way into all kinds of treatments. The juice of lemon is a strong anti bacterial component, which helps remove any microbes with ease. The cure of acne requires the application of lemon juice on the skin on a regular basis and this will help in the removal of bacteria and will help the acne to heal.
The second remedy comprises of garlic and honey paste being applied on the skin for acne removal. Just like lemon, garlic also has strong anti bacterial components that help in acne reduction and removal. One can also rub the acne blister with a fresh cut clove of garlic.
Tomato paste and the paste of fresh mint and cucumber also can be applied on the skin to help remove acne.
It is also suggested that a pinch of toothpaste be applied on the acne before going to sleep and it be washed off the next morning. It helps the acne dry up and with regular washing, they will disappear.
Then there is a treatment mode that requires orange peels to be pounded well in water and the resultant solution be applied on the skin.
A face mask made of cloves and Fenugreek paste also should be applied on the skin over night to help cure acne.
Simple cucumber leaves or pieces being applied directly to the acne portion help the removal as well.
All the acne patients are suggested to have sufficient water on a daily basis to avoid dehydration and hence the augmentation of acne. A good nutritious diet is also recommended.
