How To Get Rid Of Baby Fat

First Things First

The first thing you have to do is find time for yourselves. Try to wriggle out at least an hour from your day. Either when your baby sleeps or goes to school, etc.

If you think that you might be getting selfish, don’t; remember that the more fit you will be the better you will be able to take care of your family. So take care of yourself.

Diet

Diet strictly doesn’t mean starving yourself to death. So eat but control the amount of certain things. Drink lots of water. Instead of 3-4 meals a day have 6 or 7 smaller meals. Do not skip on breakfasts. Breakfast helps start the metabolism and gets the body start burning the calories. Meat protein eaten should be lean.

Have a couple of servings of complex carbohydrate everyday and have abundant green leafy vegetables. Try to eat low calorie sauces and salad dressings and avoid deep fried and fast foods. As much as possible, try to incorporate herbal ingredients in your foods. Eat “good fats” as they are essential.

Cardiovascular Exercises

Cardiovascular exercises are the best when it comes to shedding the fats and burning the weight. A regular cardiovascular exercise for at least 35 minutes per day can set things straight. Increase the time span gradually. You have the choice of choosing from a range of such exercises.

If possible for you (we do not want to be rude while saying so) perform some weight training and resistance exercises too. It might be possible that you do not have enough time to work out on the gym, but try to do some cardiovascular exercises.

We would recommend that you perform some lunges, sit ups, squats, push ups, etc. as these workouts can be done without machines.

Cardio Workouts

Be Patient

When you are starting to work out to bring your body back in shape, it may take a little while to get things on track. Do not give patient on yourself. It might tire you out but do not give up hope; within a specified time, you will see results.

It is normal to experience pain when you are new to the regime. But do not go overboard. If you feel that the pain is unbearable, go to a physician or a doctor and give the regime a break. Yoga may also help you and also keep your mind and soul at ease.
