Aloe Vera Gel has a great healing property to heal these kinds of blisters very well. Aloe Vera has been used to treat wounds since ages. Aloe Vera plants are very easy to grow. You can easily get them from local nursery.
You can also get Aloe Vera gel from herbal medicine stores. Slice a piece of Aloe Vera stem and use the juice directly on the blister. Apply 3-4 times a day; the wound will heal very soon.
Cleaning the surrounding area of blister is also very important. Clean the area with either warm salt water or vinegar and warm water. Garlic oil can also clean the area around the blister effectively.
Another healing herb is barberry. This herb has been in use for treating wounds for thousands of years. The Egyptian used to use this herb for preventing plague. It has great antibiotic, antifungal and antibacterial properties. Use this herb to prevent infection.
Avoid breaking the blister. Protect it from being rubbed up. If it is on your feet avoid wearing shoes. If blister starts draining, clean it properly, particularly the surrounding area so that blister can heal naturally. If the blister is too large and interrupting your everyday work and you are feeling uncomfortable with it, you can pop it using any sterilized instrument.
Clean the area thoroughly with antiseptic lotion immediately and keep it dry to let it heal naturally. To prevent the blister from getting infected, keep cleaning the open blister regularly until it heals. For speedy healing, use any cooling lubricant or gel or vitamin E.
