Blood circulation increases and makes you feel clearheaded and steady. A solution of Lemon juice, Black Pepper, Salt and Water is also an excellent solution for Dizziness. A mix of Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar is greatly helpful in clearing Dizziness quickly. Yoghurt mixed with orange, lemon and Tangerine peels relieves dizziness to a great extent. Chamomile tea or Peppermint when consumed restores normalcy. A massage with Lavender greatly helps in relieving dizziness. If you place the head between the knees, blood circulation improves and normal functioning of the brain can be restored. Pure ginger juice in small quantities relieves the pressure. Alternately ginger juice along with honey can be taken for better results, since honey has so many curative properties.

Soak 2 to 3 table spoons of wheat grains, 1 table spoon Poppy seeds, 10 Almonds and 10 pumpkin seeds over night and grind them to a paste the following morning. To this paste add 2 Cloves and table spoon of ghee. Boil this paste completely with milk. Sugar can be added subsequently and suitably for taste and if consumed for a few days, dizziness evaporates. This preparation serves as one of the natural remedy for dizziness and many more available for useful treatment. Soak amla powder and coriander seeds in water overnight. Sugar can be added to the strained liquid for taste and consumed for effective results. Peppermint oil can also be used to relieve dizziness symptoms immediately. Oils from certain plants when massaged on the head slowly, relieves the symptoms successfully.

Additional Steps for Dizziness

While taking dizziness treatment, the following steps taken can mitigate the suffering and helps the patient to recover quickly from the sensation. To ease the dizziness symptoms, someone should cover the head and ears with their hands and release them slowly. When a sudden bout of dizziness is felt, focusing on stationary objects while standing still gives the brain more visual information about balance and the symptoms pass away quickly. During summer, adequate amount of water should be taken to stop excess perspiration. Water should be taken before and after exercising. When breath is held for some reason or during exercising, more amount of carbon dioxide is expelled from the body. This may result in dizziness. Slow and deep breathing restores the carbon dioxide balance and the state of dizziness disappears quickly. By squeezing the skin between the eyebrows, dizziness clears and relief achieved.

Prevention and Diet for Dizziness

Some medications cause side effects when used to control existing disease in the body. These medications should be identified and avoided to escape dizziness. Consumption of caffeine and alcohol cause dizziness in some people and they should be scrupulously avoided to prevent occurrence of the avoidable state. Intake of salty nuts and sweet treats cause dizziness to a certain degree and should be avoided as a precautionary measure based on the severity of the symptoms. Some people experience dizziness on consumption of diet drinks and they should take care not to drink them while they are on the move to avoid unpleasant and dangerous situations to others. This is one of the effective diet for dizziness.

All these dizziness cure work to the extent where the symptoms are not a precursor to an impending bigger disease and care should be taken to observe the condition carefully. If the symptoms persist for long, qualified support must be enlisted for safety concerns.
