Wow, did I have some HIVES! I kept a list of recipes, ingredient labels, and foods I had eaten and found that I broke out after eating onions (fresh) or onion powder. I had been under awful stress at work, so I quit my job after giving notice. After about four months of not eating onions, I tried eating some ketchup, which has onion powder in it and found that my sensitivity had disappeared! No night sweats any more, no stress, no hives. Sweet!

I am all in favor of natural remedies to treat urticaria and all its manifestations. Recent research and advancement in natural therapies have found safe solutions for treating them especially using C4 Anti-hive, C49, T31, etc. provided by Biogetica. They build your immunity to an optimum level so that the tendency to have maladaptive hypersensitive responses is reduced. On a whole these options are safe, effective and non habit forming.

I think I have cured my chronic ideupathic urticria. My diet consisted of a daily intake of cookies, candy, or something else sweet. I happened upon an article that talked about chronic inflammation. So I started an anti-inflammatory diet. Look it up. I did not only live on those items, but most of my diet consisted of these items. After one week, I went off my meds and I feel so much better. Berries, almonds, walnuts, Pacific salmon, green tea daily, 4-8 cups of water, and sweet potatoes. What a difference! Look up anti-inflammatory diet. I hope it helps.
