Although full lashes are easier to apply, yet they don't look natural. On the other hand application of individual lashes entails the use of a steadier hand and a bit more practice.

1. Trim the lashes. In case the lash is wider than your eye, you will need to trim one of its sides lash by lash.

It is good to trim the individual false lashes in an optional manner so as to get a more natural look. They should look extended towards the outside of the corner of the eye while and there should be a little variation in the lash length.

2. Squeeze eyelash glue onto the back of your hand before running the eyelash along it. Make the glue a bit runny by blowing softly from edge to edge so that it can be easily applied onto your lashes.

3. Pick up the lashes with the help of tweezers and bring them as close to your natural lash as you can.

4. Press both the ends with the help of fingertips and keep holding for at least 30 seconds to allow the glue to dry. The glue will become set and the lashes will not come along for the ride while lifting your fingertips from it.

5. Press your finger behind the false lashes to allow application of mascara. This will result in bonding of the false lashes with your own lashes. It will be good if you use an eyelash curler before you apply mascara.

6. In case of gaps between the false lashes and your natural lash line, use eyeliner to fill them.
