So it’s much better to change your lifestyle and routine to suit your body and implement some natural and protective methods to maintain agility and beauty. First you need to protect your body from excessive sunlight, environmental pollution, chemicals and other harmful elements that may damage your skin. Then you have to change your eating habits. Avoid consuming junk food and prefer eating fresh and healthy food containing proteins and vitamins. Too much fatty and oily food would only cause acne, pimples, blackheads and blemishes on your skin.

Selecting suitable anti-aging creams and facials according to your skin is also very important to avoid any allergy and adverse affect. You can also prepare a number of anti-aging creams at your home using natural ingredients.

Increase the circulation of your skin by regularly massaging it with suitable facials.

You can also restore your skin’s appearance using firming masks and hydrating treatments with mild exfoliation.

Hydrate your body well by drinking at least 8-10 glass of water. Also take natural juice as much as possible. Avoid consuming tea and coffee, although a cup or two would not affect your skin too much.

Don’t be stressful and reduce it as soon as possible. Stress produces large amount of cortisol, an adrenal-cortex hormone due to which produces excess oil, which clogs glands and results in formation of acne. Stress can be reduced by yoga, meditation, gentle massage or aromatherapy. This is one of the effective method for prevent aging.

Overexposure to sun can be a major reason of skin aging. In fact, excess sunlight can also cause skin caner to some individuals after the age of 50. Hence, skin should be protected from direct sunlight by applying suitable sunscreen. This is one of the effective aging skin care.

Consume fresh vegetables and fruits. Eat nutritious food rich in vitamins and low in fats and cholesterol. Some recommended foods that keep you young are salmon, tuna, flaxseed and fish oil, whey protein, berries, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, eggs, almonds, pecans and cashews, avocado, yogurt and green tea. Avoid smoking cigarette and consuming alcohol because both nicotine and alcohol suck vitamins and minerals from the skin leaving it dehydrated and prone to wrinkles.

Do regular exercise to keep your body healthy and in proper shape.

Wear suitable clothes that make your physical appearance pleasing.

Sleep well to give your body complete rest. Sleeping is as important as food, water and oxygen. Normally children till age of 12 should sleep at least 10-12 hours, teens 8-10 hours and grown ups 6-8 hours.
