Facial exercises for lips
Sit in an erected position and face forward. Contract your lips into a rounded shape and move it upwards. Relax after five seconds and do this exercise 5 times a day.
Draw your lips together into folds while sitting in an erect position. Now let both the ends of your lips come close. You should do this exercise 5 times a day.
Sit in an erected position and face forward. Now broaden your smile to the maximum extent and let it remain in the same posture for 5 seconds. It is recommended to do this exercise at least ten times a day.
First gather your lips into small wrinkles but do not open them. Now your lips should be coiled in your mouth across your teeth for ten seconds. Do it five times a day.
Draw your lips together into folds and let your top lip rise close to your nose. Relax after waiting for ten seconds. Do it five times a day.
Facial exercises for cheeks
First gather your lips into small wrinkles and then pout. You will feel that your cheek muscles are working. Hold for ten seconds in this position is enough before relaxing. Do it five times a day.
Suck your cheeks towards and on to your teeth for 10 seconds and then relax. You should do it for at least ten times.
Draw your lips together into folds and then move the muscles of your cheeks up towards eyes. Wait for 10 seconds in this position and relax. Do it five times a day.
Eye exercises
Gently press your temples with two fingers while blinking for 10 seconds. Do it five times a day.
Sit upright, close your eyes and look up and then down farthest. Repeat it for ten 10 times.
Keep your eyes open and look up and down for 10 seconds while keeping your head still. Then look right and left for 10 seconds. Repeat it for ten times.
First close your eyes and they move up your eyebrows while stretching your eyelids down. Do it five times a day.
Keep your eyes half closed and raise your eyebrows. Then slightly open your eyelids fully.
