Zinc oxide is a very effective agent to relieve chafing.

It reduces the burning sensation. Repeat this a few times a day. If you do not have olive oil, you could use coconut oil as a substitute.

Oatmeal has anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and healing properties. It helps in cleaning the skin and moisturizing it. One way to use oatmeal is to make an oatmeal bath. Fill your tub with lukewarm water. Add a cup of oatmeal and let it settle for a while. Soak yourself in the tub for around twenty minutes. Let your skin absorb the oatmeal.
